Company for offering UA Flight Attendants an agreement patterned after the very
successful CAL negotiated contract. A contract that our CAL brothers &
sisters have built, developed and enjoyed ever since the Union Busting days of
Frank Lorenzo. Here are some of the things the s-UA AFA promised their flight
attendants in the contract they subsequently negotiated…

90 hour Reserve Guarantee

furloughs (they even told you that if they lost United would have
to furlough 3000+ flight attendants)

Over 200 years ago our
forefathers had a revolution over the simple concept of “Taxation without
Representation”, now it’s our turn! It’s time to fight for representation that
does what we want! It’s time to fight for representation that listens to us.
It’s time to fight for representation that adapts and grows based on the needs
of ALL the members, not representation based on a world that no longer exists.
We need
representation to look to the future! We need to get rid of the status quo at the
s-UA AFA of the past!
This is OUR time and it’s OUR turn!!
